Exploring Giftedness: A Case Study of Developing a Schoolwide Enrichment Model in Italy Drawing Upon the Perspectives of Students and Teachers

Is an ongoing graduate project in the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge.

This case study investigates the design and implementation of a Schoolwide Enrichment Model in the development of strategies to support Gifted students in a private international school in Italy. Specifically, the purpose of the study is to explore the perspectives of students and teachers and how these impact on the implementation as a whole.

During the last 12 years, I have been working as an educator, leader and researcher in the UK, Italy, The Netherlands and China. My academic background includes Music, Teaching as well as Inclusion, Giftedness and Economics. I am currently a Lower School Principal within the Marymount International School Network. I am passionate about structuring and de-structuring curriculum based on the perspectives of students and teachers.
