Paul Feyerabend (January 13, 1924 – February 11, 1994) was a philospher of science, most famous for championing an anarachic vision of scientific method (i.e., there is no designated scientific method – scientists develop approaches and use those that they find work for their projects, i.e., 'anything goes'.) Feyerabend was Austrian (he was injured in Word War 2 fighting on the Russian front), but later became A US Citizen. He studied in the UK under Popper (after his intended supervisor, Witgenstein, had died), and later collaborated with Lakatos.
